Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21+ years of age, with Passport provided upon Check In. Children and/or infants under the age of 18 are not permitted, under any circumstances, unless accompanied by their parents.

Guests In Room
Only registered guests are permitted in the rooms and entire property. Non-registered people are not allowed in the property without consent from the owner.

Smoking Policy
Our health & safety and that of all guests is of paramount importance, therefore all smoking (including E-Cigarettes) is totally forbidden within Ta Marie’s BnB. Our property is fitted with the latest smoke detector technology and guests who ignore this policy will be ejected immediately, without any monetary compensation. Additionally, a €300 cleaning fee will also be charged. Guests are asked to make use of our roof terraces, where ashtrays are provided.

Candles Policy
Use of candles and/or any other items requiring a flame is a fire hazard and as such are totally forbidden within Ta Marie’s BnB. Our property is fitted with the latest smoke detector technology and guests who ignore this policy will be ejected immediately, without any monetary compensation. In the event a guest causes our smoke detection system to be activated, a €250 fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets
We all love pets, but the property itself is not pet friendly.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable, therefore we recommend suitable travel insurance for your peace of mind.

Taxes
7% VAT is included in our accommodation pricing.
18% VAT is included in all other charges.

Tourist Contribution
€0.50 per person, per night, capped at €5.00 per person per continuous stay. Payable at time of booking, in addition to accommodation charges, and not subject to VAT. Further information available via this link.

Airport Transfers
We can arrange a driver (with a private car) with your name on a placard awaiting your arrival at the airport, to bring you safely and directly to the Cirkewwa Passenger Terminal to Gozo; we will pick you up at that side. This is a chargeable service which can be booked whilst booking your room via our website. Please advise Flight Number, Scheduled Arrival Time and your Mobile Phone Number (inclusive of country code). If you prefer to have a hire car and prefer driving, please follow the directions via this link.

Breakfast Service
Operates every day from 8am – 10am in our breakfast room (ONLY available if paid for at time of booking), noting our kitchen closes at 10am. For guests with an early check-out and/or early tours, a Breakfast-in-a-Bag option is available upon request. For guests who have booked “Room Only (excludes breakfast), a list of Breakfast Venues is available at the premises.

Use of Kitchen
We operate as a Bed & Breakfast, which is not self-contained accommodation.
Therefore the use of our kitchen is strictly forbidden. A €300 cleaning fee will be charged in the event any guest chooses to ignore this policy. Our studio is accommodated with fridge and microwave for use.

Use of Laundry
We operate as a Bed & Breakfast, which is not self-contained accommodation.
Therefore the use of our laundry is strictly forbidden. Please refer to the Guest Information Folder within your room for our laundry service.

Maid Service
Operates daily (excluding Sundays) from 10am – 2pm. Rooms will only be serviced during this time providing the “Make Up My Room” sign has been placed on the outside door handle of the room before 12pm.
